AM / SAM – QUALITY
Lahore
- BSc/BBA / MSc / MBA or relevant degree from a well reputed institution.
- 4 to 5 year experience.
- Manage quality control processes to ensure products meet quality and industry standards.
- Conduct inspections at every production stage, identifying and addressing quality issues.
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance policies to ensure consistent standards.
- Collaborate with the production team to resolve issues to ensure high-quality output.
- Control rejection rates and work to reduce the Defects per Hundred Units (DHU).
- Perform root-cause analysis on quality failures and implement corrective actions.

- Oversee and monitor the workflow to ensure timely completion of production stages.
- Track and report daily work-in-process (WIP) levels across departments.
- Collaborate with production and planning teams to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
- Ensure accuracy in inventory and WIP data for efficient operations.
- Analyze WIP trends and recommend improvements to streamline processes.
