Deputy Manager, PRODUCTION – FOAM DIVISION
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute daily/weekly production plans in collaboration with the Planning team.
- Optimize manpower, machinery, and material utilization for maximum efficiency.
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and stores for smooth operations.
- Minimize raw material waste and steam consumption while improving cost efficiency.
- Monitor production KPIs, analyze data, and generate performance reports.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and implement corrective actions.
- Lead shop-floor teams, maintaining discipline and productivity.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering.
- 5-6 years in a manufacturing/production environment.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Production Planning & workforce management
- Writing & Communication Skills
- Leadership Skills
