We are seeking talented YouTube & Facebook Specialists with a strong background in Adobe Premiere Pro and an in-depth understanding of social media content policies. The ideal candidate will be passionate about video content creation, skilled in managing platform compliance, and eager to help us scale our online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Upload and manage video content on YouTube and Facebook.
- Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, ensuring high production quality.
- Optimize video titles, descriptions, and tags to drive engagement and enhance SEO.
- Monitor performance metrics such as engagement rates, watch time, and CTR to improve content strategy.
- Ensure compliance with YouTube and Facebook’s fair usage policies and platform guidelines.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and execute content calendars for timely publishing.
- Stay updated on changes in social media algorithms, monetization policies, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 2-3 years of proven experience managing YouTube and Facebook video content.
- Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop (experience with tools like After Effects is a plus).
- Strong understanding of YouTube and Facebook content policies, including copyright and fair usage regulations.
- Knowledge of SEO, video analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.
