As a Management Trainee in our Social Media Marketing Department, you will embark on an exciting journey to learn the ins and outs of digital marketing and develop the skills necessary to excel in this ever-evolving field. This program is designed for recent media and business graduates who are passionate about building a career in digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with experienced social media marketing professionals to understand client needs and develop effective digital marketing strategies.
Create and manage social media content across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to optimize marketing efforts.
Analyze campaign performance data and provide insights to improve results.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
Stay updated on the latest digital marketing tools and techniques.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Media Studies, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong passion for digital marketing and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
Familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital marketing concepts is a plus.
