Salitex Pakistan Jobs Regional Sales Manager:

In Salitex, We are looking forward to connect with Regional Sales Manager.

Required Experience: 8 to 10 years of years of experience in Retail Fashion Industry.

Required Education: MBA in Marketing and Sales from reputed Institute.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Reviews the annual regional Sales plan and submits it to the Director for approval.
2. Monitors the execution of the approved Sales plan at the regional level. 3. Ensures the development of sales strategies and action plans and leads their implementation.
3. Provides customer insights and latest fashion trends to support the Design & Production Plan.
4. Critically reviews and analyzes the actual performance against the sales plan and directs the prompt corrective and preventive measures where needed.
5. Critically reviews and analyzes sales operations for improvements.
6. Monitors the actual monthly expenses against the approved budget, and analyzes and directs preventive and corrective actions.
7. Recommends opening of new outlets at new locations with proper feasibilities.
8. Represents and promotes the organization products at industry related business forums and events.
   10.Keeps close liaison with all support functions to ensure smooth sales operations.
   11.Ensures compliance of company policies and SOPs.
