PERSONAL ASSISTANT (CEO)
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Male Personal Assistant to support our CEO in daily operations and executive-level tasks. The ideal candidate will work closely with the CEO, managing schedules, attending meetings, and ensuring smooth coordination of all personal and professional engagements.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the CEO in managing daily tasks, priorities, and administrative duties.
- Maintain and update calendars, appointments, and travel plans.
- Accompany the CEO to meetings, take detailed notes, and follow up on action items.
- Handle internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries as required.
- Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all matters.
- Coordinate with department heads and teams to relay instructions and monitor progress.
- Manage personal errands and ad hoc tasks as required.
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the textile or fashion industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time-management and multi-tasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Discretion, reliability, and a professional demeanor.
- Willing to travel locally for meetings with the CEO.
