WE ARE EXPANDING Assistant Key Account Manager – Modern Trade
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with buyers, category managers, and store operations teams.
- Manage annual business plans, targets, and negotiations with assigned accounts (e.g. Carrefour, Metro, Imtiaz and Other LMTs).
- Achieve sales, share, and profitability targets.
- Drive promotions, visibility plans, and joint business plans.
- Ensure planogram compliance, visibility, and in-store execution as per brand standards.
- Monitor and resolve operational issues like supply gaps, damages, and returns.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Share actionable insights for business growth.
- Work with supply chain, trade marketing, and finance for smooth operations and timely payments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in sales/key accounts, preferably in retail or FMCG sectors.
- Good understanding of retail operations and modern trade practices.
- Strong negotiation & relationship management skills.
- Data analysis & reporting.
- Understanding of modern trade operations and merchandising.
- Team Handling
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
