Education Bachelors/Master degree
Experience 2 to 4 years in apparel industry.
Responsibilities
- Stay updated on current and upcoming trends, fabrics, and market data, sharing insights with the fashion designer and HOD.
- Oversee fabric quality control, conduct risk assessments, provide technical and managerial solutions from yarn to fabric.
- Manage the development and approval of proto/samples, ensuring fabric analysis meets design requirements.
- Monitor daily production, ensure adherence to the merchandise plan, and conduct regular site visits for inspections.
- Handle vendor sourcing, price calculations, and invoice processing, ensuring timely payments and accurate financial documentation.
- Conduct line inspections, quality audits, and final production inspections, supporting the team with additional duties as assigned.
