Roshan Packages Limited is looking for a competent and result-oriented Assistant Manager – Converting to join our Corrugation Unit. This role will focus on ensuring smooth converting operations, monitoring machine performance, and improving production efficiency through effective coordination and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily operations of the Converting Section
- Monitor machine performance, production output, and downtime
- Prepare and track DPCS, MTTR, and MTBF reports
- Coordinate with Production and Maintenance teams for timely issue resolution
- Ensure adherence to production priorities and operational plans
- Monitor capacity utilization and report operational losses
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for productivity and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering.
- 3–5 years of experience in corrugation converting operations- compulsory.
- Strong understanding of production processes and machine performance metrics.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Strong coordination, analytical, and communication skills.
