Position: Payroll Executive
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process monthly payroll for all employees ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement.
- Maintain and update employee payroll data, including salary changes, deductions, and benefits.
- Manage statutory deductions including Income Tax, EOBI, Social Security (where applicable).
- Handle final settlements for resigned or terminated employees.
- Coordinate with HR regarding new hires, promotions, transfers, and exits.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or similar.
- Certification in HR or payroll management is an advantage.
- 2-4 years of payroll experience with strong knowledge of Pakistan payroll regulations and taxation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, payroll sheets).
- Experience with HRMS payroll systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
