We are hiring! “Payable Associate”
Qualification: Masters in Commerce or Equivalent
Experience: Min 03-04 Years Preferably in Poultry sector
Location: Lahore
Key Responsibilities:
• Record and Classify all invoices, bills and expense vouchers in the ERP system with proper approval.
• Prepare monthly ageing analysis of payables for management review.
• Review and reconcile vendor and intercompany ledgers periodically and report variances.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and maintain accurate payment records.
• Review and verify all bills, GRNs, invoices, and supporting documents, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
