Head of Dealer (Channel Partner) Network – Real Estate
Location: Islamabad
The Head of Dealer Network in the real estate sector is responsible for developing, managing, and scaling a high-performing network of channel partners, including brokers, agencies, and independent sales associates. This role ensures that the partner ecosystem drives sales, maintains brand integrity, and supports the company’s expansion and customer acquisition goals.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or Real Estate (MBA preferred).
- 8 to 12 years of experience in real estate sales, channel management, or dealer development.
- Strong understanding of the residential/ commercial real estate market and broker ecosystem.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data analysis tools.
- Ability to travel across regions and manage remote teams/partners.
