Job Requirements
- Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management within the IT sector.
- Proven experience in leading Microsoft Teams implementation projects and managing collaboration tools.
- Hands-on experience with Teamflect or similar performance management and feedback tools.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power BI, and Power Automate.
- Experience with change management and driving user adoption in large-scale organizations.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Teams security, compliance, and governance frameworks.
- Experience in managing projects with agile methodologies.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps).
- Experience with HR platforms and employee engagement tools, particularly in Teamflect.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of security, compliance, and governance for cloud-based collaboration platforms

- Familiarity with cloud security and governance frameworks for collaboration tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to identify risks and propose solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for policy development and training.
- Compliance certifications such as CIPP, CISM, CISSP, or ISO 27001.
- Experience in conducting audits and risk assessments for cloud-based collaboration platforms.
- Knowledge of HR compliance related to employee feedback, performance reviews, and engagement tools.
- Experience working in regulated industries such as finance, healthcare, or government.
