Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional for the role of Manager, Administration & Facilities to lead critical factory operations at our Port Qasim facility. This role ensures the smooth, safe, and compliant functioning of the site through effective management of infrastructure, security, administration, and regulatory affairs.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Facility Management & Operations
• Oversee infrastructure, including buildings, utilities & general upkeep
• Supervise preventive & corrective maintenance (electrical, plumbing, mechanical)
• Coordinate with utility service providers to avoid service disruptions
🔹 Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
• Ensure compliance with HSE laws and promote a culture of safety
• Oversee fire safety, emergency preparedness & occupational health standards
• Conduct safety audits and drive corrective actions
🔹 Security & Risk Management
• Lead physical security to ensure employee safety & asset protection
• Perform risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
• Manage access control systems and security teams
🔹 Administrative Services
• Manage transport, communications & general admin support
• Coordinate staff facilities (uniforms, ID cards, supplies)
• Supervise hygiene, housekeeping & pest control
🔹 Regulatory Compliance & Liaison
• Build relations with the government. departments (Labour, EOBI, Social Security)
• Ensure complete labor law & administrative compliance
🔹 Project Management & Reporting
• Lead facility-related projects from planning to execution
• Monitor KPIs and share performance reports with management
✅ Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Administration, Industrial Management or related
✅ Experience: 5–7 years in administration/facilities management, preferably in manufacturing
✅ Leadership, crisis management, and regulatory knowledge essential
