WE ARE HIRING ASSISTANT MANAGER – HSE

Qualification & Work Experience:
- Bachelor’s in Electrical/Electronics/Industrial Engineering, NEBOSH certified with experience in ISO 45001, 14001.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in HSE roles, including experience with third-party audits.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of electrical safety, fire safety, and work at height practices. Knowledge of HIRA and JSA, as well as engineering principles with an HSE focus. Familiarity with quality standards is a plus.
Job Description:
- HSE Compliance & Risk Management:
- Support the implementation and improvement of HSE systems (ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
- Conduct HIRA and JSA to identify and mitigate risks.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, conduct audits, and promote best practices.
- Operations & Site Visits:
- Oversee routine HSE operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Conduct site visits to monitor compliance and address safety concerns.
- Incident Management:
- Assist in incident reporting, root cause analysis, and preventive action planning.
- Analyze HSE data and recommend risk mitigation strategies.
- Process Improvement & Compliance:
- Identify and implement safety process enhancements.
- Conduct audits, document findings, and track corrective actions.
- Training & Awareness:
- Deliver HSE training, toolbox talks, and safety campaigns.
- Ensure workforce awareness of key safety practices.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Emergency Preparedness:
- Address HSE concerns, ensuring compliance and collaboration.
- Support emergency response planning and drills.
