Key Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in SME banking
- Strong leadership and commercial acumen

We’re Hiring: Manager / Assistant Manager – Operational Risk Management
Department: Risk
Location: Karachi
We are seeking a skilled professional to support the implementation and strengthening of the Bank’s Operational Risk Management (ORM) framework in line with Basel standards and SBP guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the development and implementation of ORM policies, framework, and procedures
Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks across the Bank
Manage operational loss data, KRIs, RCSA, and risk reporting
Ensure regulatory compliance and support capital charge calculations
Coordinate with business units and conduct risk workshops and awareness sessions
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Risk Management, Business Administration, or related field
3 –7 years of relevant experience in operational risk or risk management
Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
