Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to grow deposits, focusing on high-net-worth and corporate clients
- Build and manage strong client relationships to drive retention and portfolio expansion
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to launch innovative deposit solutions
- Monitor market trends to maintain competitive positioning
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies
- Lead and mentor a high-performing deposits team
Requirements:
- 12+ years of banking experience (deposits, treasury, or private banking)
- Proven track record of managing billion-level deposit portfolios
- Strong network within HNWI and corporate segments
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills
