Job Description:

1. Maintain Employee Records: Keep accurate and compliant employee records in HR systems. Address inquiries related to compensation, benefits, and policies.
2. Support Talent Acquisition: Assist in onboarding new hireas and support talent acquisition processes.
3. Boost Employee Engagement: Plan and execute initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and satisfaction.
4. Communicate Effectively: Develop communication strategies to keep employees informed about company news, events, and HR policies.
5. Manage Administrative Tasks: Oversee general administrative tasks, including office supplies and maintenance coordination.
6. Track Attendance and Leave: Manage attendance tracking, leave requests, and disciplinary records.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree.
• Location: Karachi
