Qualification: Masters in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field

Role and Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities to leverage data to drive innovation, and gain competitive advantage in the digital banking landscape.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency using data science and automation techniques.
- Translate complex business problems into actionable insights and data-driven solutions.
- Lead and oversee the development and deployment of advanced analytical models, algorithms, and machine learning techniques to extract actionable insights and drive business outcomes.
- Lead the design and implementation of credit risk models and other machine learning solutions tailored to the unique needs and challenges of the banking industry.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance analytical methodologies and tools to optimize predictive accuracy, scalability, and performance.
