Senior Technical Writer
Candidate Must Have:
- Minimum 3 years working experience in technical writing and creating concise and effective documentation, instruction manuals, & how-to guides (Fintech product documentation is plus)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Marketing, English, Journalism, Communication or related field (Master’s is plus)
- Excellent written and communication skills and a strong attention to detail as demonstrated through writing samples (portfolio is required)
Senior Quality Assurance Tester
Candidate Must Have:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in manual testing and integration (Automation Testing experience is a plus)
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (Master is plus)
- In-depth experience in developing & maintaining automation frameworks using Selenium in C#.
- Possess the latest knowledge in creating & defining QA standards and methodologies.
Customer Support Analyst – Night Shift
Candidate Must Have:
- Minimum 2 years working experience in international customer support & solution (Finance & Banking Experience is plus) – Fresh candidates are also encouraged to apply
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times and provide best solution in a timely manner.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Finance or related field
