Available Positions:

Accounts Officer (OG-1)

1. Campus: Rajanpur (Girls)
2. Number of Posts: Girls – 1
3. Qualification/Experience: Minimum M.Com/ACCA/ACMA (Inter) / MBA (Finance) or B.Com with 5 years of experience in managing accounts and finance. Preference will be given to candidates with public sector experience.
4. Additional Requirements: Experience and character certificates from previous employers, if available.

Junior Clerk (Accounts) (DS-11)

1. Campuses: Chishtian (Girls), Rajanpur (Boys), Vehari (Boys), Vehari (Girls)
2. Number of Posts: Boys – 2, Girls – 2
3. Qualification/Experience: Minimum I.Com/D.Com with at least 3 years of experience managing accounts and finance in government or private offices.
4. Additional Requirements: Experience and character certificates from previous employers, if available.

Junior Clerk (Accounts) (DS-11)

1. Campuses: Centre of Excellence, Hafizabad (Girls), Nankana Sahib (Boys)
2. Number of Posts: Boys – 1, Girls – 1
3. Qualification/Experience: Minimum I.Com/D.Com with at least 3 years of experience managing accounts and finance in government or private offices.
4. Additional Requirements: Experience and character certificates from previous employers, if available.

Process/Conditions:

• Applicants should attach a detailed resume (CV), 2 photographs, and certified copies of educational/experience certificates. A duly attested CNIC copy is required. Incomplete applications will not be accepted.
• Submission: Applications should be forwarded to the respective campus address for the post applied for, as indicated below.
  • Clearly mention on the envelope: “For the post of ________.”
• Candidates may apply in confidence by sending their credentials to the undersigned on or before Monday, 18th November 2024.
• Applicants can also submit their applications in person at the school office during working hours.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a test or interview. Date of the test/interview will be given later if required.
• After tests, shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
• All appointments are on a contract basis for an initial period of two years.
• No TA/DA will be given for test/interview purposes.
• Appointments will be at the risk and cost of the applicants; any false information may result in cancellation or termination.
• Positions are school-specific; selected candidates may be transferred to any Daanish School or Centre of Excellence within Punjab.
• Selected candidates must submit medical certificates and a police clearance certificate.
• The PD&SC/CEA Head Office reserves the right to reject any application without giving reasons.
