ASSISTANT MANAGER / DEPUTY MANAGER – QUALITY ASSURANCE
Looking for resource who can accomplish the following responsibilities:
- Ensure implementation of quality standards and systems across Site operations.
- Monitor in-process inspections and product quality to ensure compliance with customer specifications.
- Lead quality audits, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Coordinate with production and engineering teams for continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain QA documentation, reports, and customer quality records.
- Drive supplier quality improvement and support in new product development (NPD) quality checks.
Qualification & Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of QA tools
- Works independently but also a good team player.
- Action oriented, strong sense of urgency.
- Good written & verbal communication.
- Command over MS Office.
Experience:
- 4–7 years of experience in automotive textile manufacturing or related industries.
