CAREER OPPORTUNITY
Position: SENIOR MANAGER – WAREHOUSE
Looking for resource who can accomplish the following responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch.
- Develop and implement warehouse strategies to improve efficiency and cost control.
- Ensure accurate inventory management, cycle counts, and stock reconciliation.
- Implement and maintain FIFO/FEFO and proper storage practices.
- Coordinate closely with production, procurement, and logistics teams.
- Optimize warehouse space utilization and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping, and audit requirements.
- Develop and manage team performance and training plans.
- Lead periodic stock counts and manage discrepancies.
- Prepare and present inventory and warehouse performance reports to management.
Qualification & Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems and inventory management.
- Good leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience in warehouse layout, planning, and process improvement.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 8 years of relevant warehouse management experience in manufacturing/automotive sector.

Position: MANAGER – STORES
Looking for resource who can accomplish the following responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day stores operations including material receipt, storage, and issuance.
- Maintain accurate stock records and perform regular stock reconciliations.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials.
- Implement inventory control procedures (FIFO/FEFO) and minimize discrepancies.
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and warehouse teams for timely material availability.
- Supervise and develop stores staff.
- Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping, and audit requirements.
- Lead periodic stock counts and manage discrepancies.
- Prepare reports on stock movement and store performance for management.
Qualification & Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems and inventory management.
- Good leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Experience:
- Minimum 7 years of relevant store management experience in manufacturing/automotive sector.
