MANAGER / DEPUTY MANAGER (SEAT ASSEMBLY)
Looking for resource who can accomplish the following responsibilities:
- Lead seat assembly operations to meet daily, monthly, and annual production targets.
- Ensure assembly processes comply with OEM-specific and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and PD teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth production flow.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen initiatives to drive process efficiency, reduce waste, and improve takt time.
- Monitor key production KPIs (OEE, defect rates, manpower efficiency) and ensure on-time delivery performance.
- Apply 5S, safety protocols, and continuous staff training to maintain a disciplined, safe, and skilled work environment.
Qualification & Skills:
- BE / BS Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
- Well aware of Production processes.
- Excellent written & verbal communication.
- Good command over MS Office.
Experience:
- 7-10 years in Production, preferably from automotive industry.
