Position: DEPUTY MANAGER / MANAGER – SEAT ASSEMBLY
Looking for resource who can accomplish the following responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end seat assembly operations to meet production targets.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and implement corrective actions where required.
- Optimize manpower and machine utilization for improved productivity.
- Coordinate with planning, quality, and maintenance teams for smooth operations.
- Implement Lean, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor KPIs and prepare production and performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Develop and improve assembly line balancing for maximum efficiency.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to reduce downtime.
- Ensure proper maintenance planning in coordination with maintenance team.
Qualification & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or relevant field.
- Strong knowledge of assembly processes, production planning, and quality systems.
- Experience with ERP/SAP systems will be preferred.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience: Minimum 8–12 years of experience in automotive manufacturing, preferably in seat assembly.
