WE’RE LOOKING FOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Location: Faisalabad
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, cold-calling, and attending industry events.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and revenue targets.
- Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations, close deals, and ensure customer satisfaction from start to finish.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer support teams to align sales efforts and deliver exceptional customer service.
QUALIFICATION & SKILLS:
- Proven track record in sales, business development, or a similar role (ideally 10+ years).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and goal achievement.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
