📢 WE’RE LOOKING FOR Area Sales Manager
📍 Location: Quetta
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
✔ Target achieve or exceed Weekly, Monthly, and yearly.
✔ Lead, motivate, and train a team of sales representatives to achieve their individual and team targets.
✔ Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and other key stakeholders.
✔ Regularly track sales performance and report on results to senior management. Analyze performance trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
✔ Identify new business opportunities and ensure optimal coverage and distribution within the area.
✔ Travel Time 90 – 95%
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
✔ Minimum 5 years of experience in sales.
✔ Proven success in managing sales teams and achieving sales targets.
✔ Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
✔ Ability to analyze data and create actionable insights to improve sales performance.
✔ Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
✔ Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
