From advising Sales and Delivery teams to managing subscription contracts and collaborating with vendors, you’ll play a crucial role in driving success and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise Sales/Presales and Delivery teams on Microsoft program utilization and availability.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancements.
Provide front-line support for licensing guidance for Tier 1 publishers.
Manage all subscription contracts in our ERP system.
Handle Microsoft customer renewals upon anniversary.
Collaborate with vendors/distributors on subscription billing issues.
Understand and optimize sales processes.
Utilize experience with different ERP systems to streamline operations.
Qualifications:
Experience in software licensing operations or related fields.
Strong understanding of sales processes.
Proficiency in various ERP systems.
