Plastech Autosafe Pvt Ltd Jobs Senior Executive Commercials:
Looking for Sr. Executive Commercials.
Education: Graduation (Preferably Masters)
Experience: Minimum 3-5 Years
Location: Korangi Industrial Area – Karachi
Main Accountabilities:
- Assist Commercial Manager with financial duties regarding import and export processes in an effective and responsible way as well as the daily running processes.
- Follow up with suppliers, Freight Forwarder to align/Plan shipment within a time frame.
- Coordinate with clearing agent for smooth clearance and arrange necessary import documents.
- Coordinate with Banks for All trade related operation i.e. (Payments, LC’s etc.)
- Comply with local and international Import legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders during procurement process.
- Maintain the Logs of shipment, payments etc.
- Work with team members to complete duties as needed.
- Accurate and timely reporting of relevant management information to Import.
- Must have Good Knowledge of International procurement i.e. Banking, Incoterms, import documents, P2P cycle and customs.
Competencies & Skills:
- Hands on experience with Excel and Customs portal.
- Must have a Strong Communication Skills
- Problem solving ability and analytical thinking.
- Must have experience in Procurement and Imports procedure.
