PETPAK Films (Pvt) Limited. is seeking candidates for the position of “𝗦𝗿. 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿/𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗻” to be based in Sheikhupura. The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Research and identify prospective supplier
- Prepare proposals, request quotes, and negotiate purchase terms and conditions.
- Work with suppliers and general contractors to communicate and follow-up on requirements and commitments.
- Monitor and coordinate material delivery processes between suppliers to ensure that items are delivered to the site on time.
- Monitor supplier performance and resolving end user’s issues and concerns.
- Develop plans for purchasing services, and supplies and ensure that the products and supplies meet quality standards.
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
- Qualification: BS Engineering / BBA/MBA (Supply Chain Management)
- Experience: 2-3 Years’ experience in the local procurement
- Good Communication and Negotiation Skills

PETPAK Films (Pvt.) Limited, a subsidiary of IPAK is looking for an experienced and proactive Checlistter based in Sheikhupura.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
• Conduct routine inspections and checks on plant equipment and machinery.
• Identify defects, damage, or wear and tear on equipment through visual, auditory, and vibrational analysis.
• Perform sound and vibration analysis to detect potential issues before failure.
• Use specialized equipment such as sound level meters and vibration analyzers to monitor equipment condition.
• Analyze data and trends to identify potential problems and recommend corrective actions.
• Carry out preventive maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failure.
• Record and report findings, defects, and maintenance activities accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to prioritize and schedule repairs based on condition-based maintenance recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations during inspections and maintenance activities.
• Identify and recommend opportunities for equipment improvement or upgrade to improve reliability and efficiency.
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
• 2-3 Years of Experience
• Understanding of mechanical drawings and schematics.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations.
• Experience with vibration analysis and sound measurement equipment.
• Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) or similar software.
