WE ARE HIRING! REGIONAL SALES MANAGER RAWALPINDI/ISLAMABAD
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: First and foremost to achieve the revenue and coverage objectives set by the company Management. Ensuring the implementation of organization’s Standard Operating Procedures and systems on all levels of hierarchy reported. Close Management of Sales Team in assigned territory to ensure that all team members would achieve their respective targets/KPIs. Ensure proper execution of approved Marketing and Sales promotion initiatives/activities to achieve the committed objectives/KPIs. Ensure that sales data is accurately and timely reported as per requirement of Head office. Management & Monitoring of Sales Team at Distribution for implementation of company’s KPIs. Conduct regular market visits to check route coverage, competitor activity and continuously search for new opportunities in order to increase efficiency of distribution sales team in area. Ensure profitable sales growth in all channels with special focus on GT (Retail) & LMT segments .Development of all channel in assigned area specially Retail and LMT. Ensure healthy channel mix in executed secondary sales in assigned area of responsibility. Ensure that company’s assigned targets/ SOPs/KPIs are achieved/followed by the distributor with sales management arrangement.
SALARY & BENEFITS: Salary: 180,000-185,000 (Based on experience & skill set) Vehicle: Company maintained 1000CC Car Medical Insurance, Lucrative Sales Incentives Leave Encashment, Gratuity

EXPERIENCE: 12-15 years of experience with similar role in FMCG, Hygiene, Chemical, Household Products
EDUCATION: Bachelors/Masters in Sales & Marketing
