Qualification
- B.Sc Chemical Engineering / B.E Food / B.Sc Chemistry from a reputed Institution
- Minimum 5 years of FMCG experience preferably in beverage Industry
- Position is based at Faisalabad
Core Responsibilities
- Daily check & verification of syrup room and water treatment quality reports.
- Daily Lab visit to maintain GMP & Equipment conditions.
- Ensuring instruments calibration is done on timely basis.
- Maintain weekly AIB check list and compliance as per PCI standards.
- Weekly follow-up & monitoring of AIB critical items check list.
- GMP & Food safety compliance as per standards
- Ensure Syrup room equipment CIP on weekly basis
- Ensure 5 step treatment in water treatment section, CSD
