We Are HIRING Store Officer
Job Responsibilities:
- Receiving & issuance of Raw materials & postings in SAP.
- GRNs of import / Local shipments as per SOP.
- Issuance of Raw materials against reservations & postings.
- Entering Service entry sheets (SES) after completion of services.
- Coordination with purchase department for rates of weekly approvals.
- Coordination with purchase & Finance for PO# for without PO shipments.
- Coordination with Procurement & Finance for short materials received or rejections.
- Making returnable / non-returnable gate passes for intercompany or rejections materials.
- Engaging MIS for transfer postings for intercompany materials transfers.
- Cycle counts of raw materials store.
- Support Audit team for monthly counts with zero variance.
- Experience in maintaining GWP, AIBI & food safety compliance in stores areas.
- Any additional duty assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors in Supply Chain.
- 03-04 years experience in Beverages/FMCG.
