Position: Export Operation’s Security Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

1. Close coordination for receiving international shipments from domestic operations/ line hauls.
2. Thorough physical checking of shipments for any contraband / banned items and narcotics.
3. Checking and verification of all export documentations.
4. To check and ensure complete SOPs being followed or not, before forwarding every shipment.
5. Checking & repacking of all export shipments as per packing standards also ensure shipments safety.
6. Coordination for pickup and delivery of documents to/from agents, co-loaders and custom agents.
7. Booking (final dispatching / forwarding) of Penta line haul loads or shipments forwarding.
8. Close coordination with Export Gateway/Operations Manager, airlines and Co-loaders/agents.
9. Shipments on time processing to meet all cutoff timings.
   In case of any shipment’s interception to handle and deal with ANF / Govt. agencies.

Other Details & Requirements:
Minimum Education: Bachelors
Salary Range: Upto 35,000 per month

Preferably logistics / courier company experience 2-3 years
Decision making skills
Time management and planning skills
