Position : Learning & People Development Executive
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Leads TNA, training calendars, and L&D budget management.
- Executes and evaluates all training initiatives and trainer performance.
- Manages onboarding, leadership programs, and trainee evaluations.
- Conducts audits, spot checks, and ensures regulatory compliance.
- Assists in implementing HR and L&D policies across departments
QUALIFICATION Bachelor’s degree in Training, Human Resources Business Administration or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
