Pearl-Continental Hotels & Resorts is currently hiring for the position of Front Office Manager in Lahore.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- The ideal candidate will lead and manage all Front Office operations, ensuring exceptional guest experience from arrival to departure.
- Oversee reception, bell desk, and guest relations teams, ensuring service standards are consistently met.
- Monitor room inventory, occupancy, and revenue in coordination with Rooms Division and Reservations.
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery with professionalism and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, SOPs, and safety/security protocols.
- Train, coach, and develop front office colleagues, driving performance and engagement.
- Prepare schedules, reports, and budgets while controlling costs and optimizing productivity.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
- Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of diversified experience with reputable national or international hospitality brands.
