Position: Executive Assistant Manager (EAM) F&B
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- The ideal candidate will lead all F&B operations to consistently deliver five-star service and elevate the overall guest experience.
- Champion data-driven decision-making to enhance efficiency, streamline workflows, and improve productivity across all F&B areas.
- Drive concept, innovation, menu engineering, and long-term growth initiatives to strengthen brand positioning and profitability.
- Develop and manage annual budgets, optimize food and beverage costs, and provide strategic financial and operational insights.
- Partner closely with the General Manager to shape and execute the hotel’s broader operational and commercial strategy.
QUALIFICATION
Bachelors / Masters Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
EXPERIENCE
10+ years of national / international work experience with top hospitality brands.
