We are Hiring! Deputy Manager Research & Development
Experience: 5-6 years in Confectionery Manufacturing
Qualification: Applied Chemist / Food Technologist / Food Engineer
- Perform research and development activities for new product development and product improvements.
- Develops new and improved methods and systems for food processing, production, quality control, packaging, and distribution.
- Development of Packaging material & design of ingredient text & nutritional/Back panel information in compliance with regulatory authorities of Pakistan.
- Assist to immediate supervise and monitor Research and Development personnel in the areas of ingredients sourcing, suppliers sourcing, and documentation support, product specifications setting and experimental trials setting.
- Design development programs and conducting experiments to improve and develop new/existing technique/processing methods/formulations.
