We are Hiring! Assistant Manager Maintenance
Qualification: BE Mechanical
Experience: 4-5 years in FMCG / FOOD Sector.
- Prepare and schedule preventive/maintenance plans.
- Execute overall mechanical routine/preventive maintenance activities of plants, machinery, equipment’s including fabrication, fitting and machining activities.
- Supervise allocated work and motivate staff to achieve targets.
- Supervising installation/maintenance process of new/old machinery by collectively working with the production manager to initiate tasks during downtime to prevent any hassle for production.
- Responsible to allocate all engineering maintenance service calls to maintenance departments & monitoring of Job completion and follow-up with the concern departments.
- Develop and maintain daily job orders report, develop inspection report and retain completion report, monitor and serve work orders received from different departments on priority basis.
- Close all completed job orders in software, and update internal job order system.
- Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance.
- Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary.
- To perform purchase requisitions and issuance of slip, update inventory records, perform project documentations, maintain record tools, develop material consumption report.
- Execute and plan projects (Mechanical) with management of time, quality and cost. (TQC).
