We are Hiring! Assistant Manager Compliance & QA
Experience: 4-5 years in Food Sector
Qualification: Applied Chemist / Food Technologist / Food Engineer (Have done Lead Auditor course)
- Person will be responsible for developing, maintaining, implementing and checking of ISO 9001:2015, Halal, GMP standards in the company.
- Ensuring to meet the acceptable standards, to develop objective policies and procedures, providing assistance, taking feed backs and any other responsibilities pertaining to the need periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues.
- Keep abreast of regulatory requirements within or outside of the company as well as evolving best practices in compliance control.
- Conduct training’s as per need assessments to maintain the quality & productive outputs at all level including GMP, GWP, Internal audit 19011 guidelines, ISO transition of 2015, Halal Management, FSMS, Occupational health & Safety etc
- Implementing improvements to production processes that lead to overall increases in product quality.
- Continuously inducting Quality tools to developing Quality Control technique to promote & devise new processes, refining existing ones and to optimize the manufacturing process.
- Resolve customer complaint (s) & fulfill requirements after liaison with suppliers of raw materials on quality related issues/problems and supervise final product quality and releasing process.
- Overview the integration with all related stakeholders in expansion and extension of new products at other commercial areas including brand development, sales strategy, legal marketing and manufacturing.
