WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Implement effective recruitment and selection strategies to attract top talent.
- Lead people development initiatives, including professional development plans, improvement plans, cross-exposure training, and career growth opportunities/succession plans in conjunction with the Line Manager.
- Implement engagement programs as prepared by the department head to enhance employee satisfaction and retention, along with the General Manager and/or concerned stakeholders.
- Champion DEI efforts to create an inclusive and equitable workplace.
- Ensure compliance with employment/labor laws and industry regulations.
- Lead by example, fostering a culture of professionalism, ethics, and collaboration based on core principles such as empowered relationships, leading through vision, and technical acumen.
QUALIFICATION Bachelors / Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
EXPERIENCE 5+ years of progressive experience in HR mid-level roles, preferably in the hospitality industry.
