Position: Hotel Manager/EAM
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Act as second-in-command, ensuring smooth Hotel Operations in the General Manager’s absence.
- Manage all Hotel Operations including Rooms Division & Food & Beverage outlets including Restaurants, Banquets, and Kitchens.
- Implement plans to achieve profitability, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
- Lead teams to uphold brand standards and service excellence.
- Control food & beverage and labor costs while maintaining quality and hygiene.
- Supervise managers to ensure consistency in service and cleanliness.
- Foster guest relations and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards.
QUALIFICATION: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Hotel Management or relevant field
EXPERIENCE: 12+ years of work experience in a leadership role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
