Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with department heads to create clear, competency-based job descriptions with defined KPIs.
- Coordinate job fairs, networking events, and campus recruitment drives with assistance in conducting orientation programs.
- Support Training Needs Assessment (TNA) and implement learning and development initiatives.
- Aid in developing performance goals, evaluation metrics, and fostering a results-driven culture.
- Support employee engagement, surveys, and succession planning efforts.
Education & Experience:
- MBA with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience preferably with CHRP & exposure to organizational development.
