Job Title: Field Claim Officer – (Q.A., Plant)
Locations:

- Rawalpindi
Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site field inspections to assess quality issues and determine their validity.
- Investigate, document, and manage customer claims and defects.
- Ensure claimants receive fair treatment and excellent customer service with timely resolutions.
- Analyze and identify claim trends in field data for system improvement and fraud prevention.
- Work closely with the QA and Production teams to address and resolve quality concerns.
Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the manufacturing or tire industry.
- A valid driving license is required for extensive travel.
