JOB OPPORTUNITIES: (Advertisement No. 04/2024) Applications are invited from Pakistani Nationals for the following positions in PCSIR:
Consultant/Specialist
- No. of Posts: 01 post (each)
- Maximum Age Limit: 60 years (Consultant), 45 years (Specialist)
- Place of Posting: Skardu
- Minimum Qualification and Other Requirement:
- Consultant: M.Sc./B.E./BS degree, preferably Ph.D., from HEC recognized university, with at least 15-year relevant experience in a reputable organization.
- Specialist: M.Sc./B.E./BS degree, preferably Ph.D., from HEC recognized university, with at least 05-year relevant experience in a reputable organization.
- Field / Disciplines: Mines & Minerals, Geology, Geophysics, Exploration Geology
Consultant (01 post)
- Place of Posting: Islamabad
- Maximum Age Limit: 60 years
- Minimum Qualification and Other Requirement: MS/M.Phil degree from HEC recognized university with at least 20-year experience in HR Planning & Management, Administration & Coordination in a reputable organization. Candidates having professional certifications will be preferred.
- Field / Disciplines: Project Management, Strategic Studies
Consultant (01 post)
- Place of Posting: Islamabad
- Maximum Age Limit: 60 years
- Minimum Qualification and Other Requirement: BE/BS degree from HEC recognized university with at least 20-year experience in executing different Civil Projects of public & private sector organizations. Candidate must have PEC valid registration. Adequate knowledge of architecture & design shall be given due preference.

Consultant (01 post)
- Place of Posting: Islamabad
- Maximum Age Limit: 62 years
- Minimum Qualification and Other Requirement: MBA (Finance) or equivalent degree from HEC recognized university with at least 20-year experience in Public Sector Financial Services & Budgeting. Preference will be given to retired Civil Servant (retired in grade 19) who served at least 07 years in Finance Division during his service.
- Field / Disciplines: Finance & Accounts
Consultant (01 post)
- Place of Posting: Islamabad
- Maximum Age Limit: 60 years
- Minimum Qualification and Other Requirement: LLB or equivalent degree having 25-year experience in Criminal, Civil, Taxation, Corporate, Company & Banking Law of Standing Counsel in District & High Courts. Candidates having experience of consultant posts (at Federal or Provincial level) & served as legal consultant in reputable organizations shall be preferred.

Consultant (01 post)
- Place of Posting: Islamabad
- Maximum Age Limit: 60 years
- Minimum Qualification and Other Requirement: Master or equivalent degree from HEC recognized university with at least 20-year experience of administration, management, production & security protocols. A retired officer from armed forces, having proven track record & excellence in his career, shall be given due preference.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

- Appointment shall be made purely on contract basis, initially, for a period of 12 months extendable on satisfactory performance.
- Applicants holding higher qualification and excellent academic career will be preferred.
- Candidates having any 3rd division will not be considered.
- Those already in Govt. Service may apply through proper channel.
- Selection will be made purely on merit basis and only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.
- No TA/DA will be paid for test/interview.
- Rules and Regulations of PCSIR for recruitment will be applicable.
- The Council reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts and to postpone or stop the recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason.
