Experience: 2-4 years as IT Help Desk Support.
Qualification: Graduate with Certificate in IT.
Required Technical Skills:
- Ability to work both independently or as part of a team with time constrains.
- Knowledge of current technologies, Desktops, Laptops & other related peripherals.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
- Good team player.
