• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes—from sourcing and screening to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop and implement effective hiring strategies.
• Navigate a matrix structure and support multiple business divisions.
• Conduct competency-based interviews using behavioral assessment tools.
• Offer strategic insights to enhance overall talent acquisition outcomes.
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree from an HEC-recognized institution.
• 3–5 years of recruitment experience (Manufacturing/Engineering sector experience is a plus).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Adaptability and hands-on experience with recruitment technologies (ATS experience preferred).
