We are hiring Assistant Manager EHS
Key Accountabilities
- Achieve Zero Goal (Zero Incident) at BUFF
- Maintain and analyze EHS dashboards for risk insights
- Promote EHS-Focused culture via cross departmental trainings
- Track incidents (LTIR, TRIR, Fire, MTC/RWC) and update controls.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement proactive measures.
- Achieve zero audit findings
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
- B.Sc Engineering in Environmental, Chemical, Industrial, Materials & Metallurgical or Mechanical 1-3 years of relevant experience
- IOSH/NEBOSH is Compulsory
- Good interpersonal Skills
- Strong communication and teamwork
