We are hiring Electrical Supervisor
Key Accountabilities
- CBM and maintenance of electrical switchgear and related equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and respond to breakdowns.
- Supervise technicians during installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- E&I maintenance of diesel engines, boilers, 132 kV grid, MV distribution, compressors, and chillers.
- Plan and execute maintenance of generators, transformers, VFDs, MV/LV switchgears, and motors.
- Install, remove, and repair electrical wiring, circuit breakers, and fixtures; test and inspect electrical systems.
- Maintain records, interpret schematics, and manage purchasing and upkeep of electrical equipment.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
- 3-year diploma in Electrical
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience
- Strong problem-solving skills during breakdowns and fault analysis
- Effective in supervising teams and coordinating maintenance activities
- Detail-oriented in inspections, schematic interpretation, and record-keeping
