PACHEM Global Pvt Ltd is looking for energetic, self directed and confident individual for the below mentioned position:
Position: Boardman/ Control Room Operator
Qualification: Bachelor’s or minimum FSC.
Experience: 10 to 12 years of experience in Petrochemical plant.
Location: Faisalabad
Salary package: Market Competitive
Job Duties:
- Responsible to supervise the designated area and coordinates process activities according to SOP’s and production requirements.
- Responsible to maintain continuous liaison with field operators to coordinate the required supplies according to production conditions.
- Responsible for overall production control from raw materials intake to finished (rundown) quality products.
- Define the process problems and use step by step approach to analyze and solve the problems.
- Responsible for the smooth plant operation keeping in focus the design limits of the equipment and operation parameter.
